Digital Europe Programme 2021-2027

The network of European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) covered in the European Digital Innovation Hubs Work Programme supports the SMEs in their twin transitions. And, the sectorial Testing an Experimentations Facilities (TEFs) supports companies developing artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics to bring their innovation to the market. Also, the Programme supports businesses and SMEs through investments in the area of digital skills. It invests in upskilling and reskilling to provide a workforce for advanced digital technologies such as AI, advanced computing, as well as in cybersecurity and data infrastructure.

The Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL) is an EU funding programme focused on bringing digital technology to businesses, citizens and public administrations.

Objectives

The Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL) provides strategic funding to answer these challenges, supporting projects in key capacity areas such as: supercomputing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, advanced digital skills, and ensuring a wide use of digital technologies across the economy and society. It supports industry, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and public administration in their digital transformation with a reinforced network of European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH).
